How we do it:

When a phone call or website submission comes in, we automatically enter into into our CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) and assign the prospect to the Sales Rep that answered the phone. We then train and help the Sales Rep stay in touch with the prospect. The result is a more informed Sales Team and an average reduction in effort from 15 hours a week to 2.
